Our products and their accessories manufactured by Metaltech-Omega inc. are guaranteed for one (1) year against all manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase of the products. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or modification of the product.

Please note that for customer service to process your claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase of the product, pictures, and a summary of the claim. Other information may be required.
